We do not ship to Post Office Boxes in rural areas.
We do not ship to third party addresses.
We currently do not ship to countries outside of Australia unless we have either a personal or an established business relationship with you.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Just Hobbies will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Prices of some products may incur a delivery fee with insurance for orders placed via the internet. This will generally apply for high value products if requested.
All orders are shipped within one to four business days Monday – Friday.

Direct Freight Express
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or cubed weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a choice not to place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling costs for the second shipment.
